Today we had the pleasure of meeting the Year 6 children from Northwood Primary School on our TVCA funded Spark World of World Day held at AV Dawson. We had to adapt the activities to fit within a restricted timescale but that certainly didn’t deter the children. They enjoyed the views from the balcony and we were lucky enough to see the ‘Leonardo Da Vinci’ cable laying ship moored right outside the window.
The children worked together in groups to achieve a specific goal. As usual we coded with Dash to explore many of the companies across different sectors in our local area and then collated what they had learned into short presentations.
